Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisPoor location. Business was closed, despite being promised a representative there to assist us. Instead had to sit in the parking lot with homeless drug addicts staring at me while I download the uhaul app and go through a 30 minute check in process. Very unsafe area. Had I known this information ahead of time, I would have made other arrangements. Worst pick up experience ever!
Holly BI’ve been double charged and can’t get a hold of anyone. There’s never anyone at that location and they do not answer the phone. I would like someone from corporate to call me. My name is thank you.
