If you rent from this location take pictures of fuel and the back cargo area before you leave . They charged me for fuel and I had to put fuel in it before I left. When I got to where I was going to move from I had to clean rugs and garbage out of the back and they would not credit me for having to clean it out. Use one of the other u-hauls in hartselle is recommended.
Jl PIts a gas station that only had the one truck. I waited 30 min while the clerk was on the phone with someone to approve my rental that I resereved online. I even showed my rental agreement to her.
Dustin HSignature was forged on the documentation and an extra charge was made that I did not want or authorized.
Charitee TThey need to Have someone knowledgeable on site during work hours to help the customer drop off the keys or clear instructions on what to do by the drop box via QR code scan after hours. It was not easy to do.
