We paid for an appliance dolly and didn't get one.... the truck was disgusting. They left doggy poop pad in the back of the truck it stuck to the floor. Someone left their cigarettes in a dr pepper can and it smelt terrible. We left it cleaner then it was left to us. I will be asking for a refund...

We returned the U-Haul when the store was closed, but it was easy to park and leave the keys in the drop box. Our account was quickly settled on the next business day.

Perry DWe finished unloading the truck early and was ready to turn it in. This is a small rural town, and no one answered the phone when I called several times. I added the app to my phone and drove to the business, at about 1:30p, still no one around all was closed. checked the truck in thru the app and left it. The back of the truck was not locked and all of the blankets were in the back. Driving back home, we went thru Wilburton which was closer to me and saw the little U-Haul store there and open and people around it. They already had a truck on their lot so I suppose that's why you wanted to truck returned to Hartshorne.
