Don't recommend because I would have preferred to deal with an actual person than the app which is personal preference.

linda cHave the rep inspect the truck prior to renting so that they know the status of the vehicle
MICHAEL STruck had a bottle of liquor in front seat and reeked of smoke. They sprayed inside and I left for to destination and opened back to find black trash bags full of trash. I called and she said she would credit me for this. She did not do that
Derry AWhile "Sonny" at this location provided excellent service, I received a call the night before my truck pick up from another UHaul office stating I had to pick up my truck in a neighboring town, 35 miles away. This last minute longer distance for my truck pick up was unacceptable. I do not fault the Lotto Palace II location as they DID have a truck for me as scheduled at their location, 2 miles from my home, The Uhaul main offices need to do a better job of coordinating pick up and drop off. They did not have their act together.
