I was told at pickup (Storage Depot in Hazel Green Alabama) that I could drop off at Church Road Storage in Florence Alabama. Church Road had no "scheduled drop off" so they charged me an additional $380 for "Wrong drop off fee"

Overall it was a great experience on U-Hauls end. My days went a little crazy and I don't understand why an auction winner cannot rent a storage building from the same facility but that is not U-Hauls fault either. Everytime I spoke to the regional customer service desk they went above and beyond providing great customer service. My reservation was moved over night to a different facility and they corrected it quickly. I needed an extension and they were on it. Great experience.
