I arrived to turn in my trailer I day early. There was a note on the door that said ring the doorbell for service. After doing so I had to wait 28 minutes before someone came to take care of me. This is totally unacceptable. I will never drop off or pick any equipment there.

Melinda PStop charging customers for the mileage it takes to get to and from this location. He was located 9 miles out of the city limit . He charged me $39 for the gas being on the bottom of the quarter fill line . He customer service sucked . I wish I could get a refund.
