Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisTo start off with the vehicle I had reserved was not available so I had to rent a smaller vehicle and the owner of the establishment was not prepared for a rental even though I had reserved the unit two weeks in advance, but he made it easy and quick to do
ELIZABETH MAttendant seemed a bit aggitated that we brought truck back sooner than planned. We had no clue how long we were going to need it, never had to use one before so nothing to compare. Just a tad rude considering we paid by the mile not the hour.
Kelly HLocation said I turned in truck with no gas added. Charged me $36.00. I had to send a picture in to U-Haul customer service showing gas gauge with matching odometer to show gas was added. Thankfully I took a picture at drop off or I would have been out $36.00. They only had one other truck at this location. This was really shady.
Donald WHave staff available and trained to deal with rental customers. The girl that was there was not familiar with the process, and it caused a minor hiccup with the rental. It all worked out, but still kind of a hassle.
