I was contacted prior to the pickup date, and everything was set up. The equipment was ready to go when I got there. It was the most simple and straightforward rental experience.

Jeffery HThis is literally an empty grassy/muddy lot, that was full of uhaul equipment. I had a sign saying where to return, but absolutely no building on site, no person. I had to call the guy when I got there who said just leave the truck and he would be by in the next few days to check it in. I was quite concerned about that and where I would leave the key and if I would get proper credit for turning it in on time. This has been my most unsettling experience returning a uhaul truck ever.
Carrie HI had to take pictures of everything I did to someone on the phone no one every showed up if my husband had not come with me I would not have been able to hook it up not impressed at all
