The human service was good. The electronic service was a pain. The program kept cutting off and had to be restarted several times. Was glad the attendant showed up so I did not have to use it. When I went to check in the site would not load. Just to take this survey I had to click on it five times. The first four keep saying it could not be found.
Rodney EI had t h e best experience ever!! The lady that works in the office was extremely helpful and made my transition to a storage unit with them and uhaul rental so easy and affordable! I look forward to telling everyone i know to use this location!! Thank you again!!
