I had problems getting through the website ordering process so called the 800 # to place my request. The customer service rep was very helpful. Service at the pickup site was exceptional. Would recommend a double check on availability of accessories. I requested an appliance dolly when I placed the order but the local dealer did not have one available when I got there.

Have more people at this location that know how to rent trucks out, and check them back in. No one was available to check the truck in when I returned it to the store. So I waited, and wait. They tried to get a hold of someone, and then ask me to come back at 7:00pm, and I live 12 miles from the store for a total of 24 miles.

U-haul sent me an extra 15 miles out of my way to this drop off location. There’s a drop off 5 miles from my house. That’s is ridiculous

My only issue was that I had to drive 20 miles to pick up the truck and 20 miles back to return it at $.79 a mile. Hillsboro needs to have other locations IN TOWN where you can rent U-Haul’s. There is a place by right aid in town but no one is ever there to let you rent a truck.

This is clearly a small part of their business, and not important. Had to wait a long time for the only person who knew how to check in equipment. Not conveniently located for me. It turned out there were several closer locations that I didn't know about.

I filled the u haul way past the level of gas that I got it. And didn't get any returned credit for the extra gas I put in.
