The pick up was very tedious, I had to go to the app and answer about a 100 questions even that I called before and the guy on the phone told me that it was "all set", the waiting time on the phone was also very frustrating, I had to call a few times and everytime I had to wait about 20 to 30 minutes.ALFREDO G.

This location is not suitable for a Uhaul spot even though Route 3 is right up the street. There's no parking. You have to park in the restaurant lot behind the gas station and hope your car is still there when you get back.ROBERT S.

Blanket bag and hand truck seal were broken upon rental Made reservation 96 hours in advance of pick up, but when I arrived I was asked to take a smaller truck because "the system should not have let me make that reservation", so the truck was double booked that day. I was able to use the truck I reserved, but that's not something i need to deal with on top of the stress of moving. Also, it means that another person tried to get that truck and had to settle for something smaller. Ultimately he was friendly and helpful, but the system not functioning as intended created friction. Drop off was great. Friendly staff member took care of the whole thing and was very helpful. Not the first issue I've had with booking trucks and then the system doesn't reserve it.Daniel F.

The reservation was for a 17' truck with no insurance (my credit card covers) and the regional person got involved and said sorry no 17' foot truck 15 miles away or a 15' at this location. This location is next to my storage area and I like the franchise owner so I went with the 15' truck. I was able to fit everything in with one load. Everything is electronic so I never saw the contract until I finished and then I found out I had gotten charged for insurance. The regional guy appears to have created a new reservation with insurance versus taken my existing. The reason I know this is my reservation got logged as a pending transaction on my credit card for $32.xx ($29.95 plus some taxes). So the $14 insurance charge is in dispute.Philip F.

The person I was returning trailer to did not speak English well. He said to come back Monday for receipt. Made me uneasy. I did call Uhaul after taking pictures that I did return. It was checked in but it was a worry until it was confirmed checked in and a receipt emailed to me.JEAN B.

Overall an easy experience. I filled out the info on line. There was only one person there. As this was a gas station, hehad customers at the pump to handke as well. He did not explain anything nor asked for id. He gave me the keys, pointed to the van and I was off. Upon return a different person was there. I filled the tank and he said I was all set. I then received a text from uhaul telling me when the rental was due even though I had already returned it. I contacted uhaul and customer service handle the return for me. They said the rep was at lunch and would check out my return when he got back and I would not be charged any late penalties.Robert G.
