Did not know I had to go in the store as I had gone in the store and the lady didn't know anything so I sat outside and waited for 20 minutes before customer service told me to go back in the store and the girl was there. Otherwise the service was exceptional and exactly what I needed to get through my move that day inexpensive and the equipment was great

NEIL MThe fuel tank wasn't full. So how can I know how much gas to put back in when I am done? The associate did not seem to be very profesional.
Albert KSome of the lights didn't work nobody came out to see if I was hooked up properly and the 4 way wiring harness piece was missing so had to take one off another trailer next to it. No spare tire is a safety issue that you are putting your customers safety at risk. I haul vehicles on my car trailer for a living but needed to rent this one as I was out on a trip already. Will use again in a pinch but definitely some maintenance that wasn't done on the trailer I rented.
ryan sMake the key box easier to get to. I had to stand on a bench to get to it. It was also difficult to get the lock open due to its position. If it was winter, it would’ve been awful to get to.
