Had to wait for someone to show up after my set rental time. They were late. I got there 20 minutes early and they showed up over 10 minutes late. No one is at this business during regular hours. They only show up to do the U-Haul stuff.

Gordon MWe requested pick up in Denham Springs but was assigned Holden instead. When we arrived the office was closed but the staff showed up a little late. When the initial request was taken out last name was spelled incorrectly therefore the sign in on the app was a nightmare since it wouldn’t match us with the reservation. The staff was extremely helpful in fixing this problem and getting us on the road.
tommy WI dropped the truck on a Sunday. It was closed and i left the keys in a drop box. I can’t tell you anything about the location.
