I had the trailer location changed 2 times and it was already promised at a other location,I think that if one location opens up at 8 am all should,I was not sure of the location I picked up from was open at 9 am so I wait a hour to get trailer,not faulting location just thought as a uhaul franchise the hours should all be the same.

Very good customer service ..however, only pointed us to the trailer & left to assist other customers. We did our own inspection, hitching, etc. We pre-inspected the rental site & were advised we may have limited service at time of pick-up. That level of final service would not fly in our businesses & should be addressed at this pick-up location.!!

With only the two times I have rented there, it has been awesome. The only hiccup was the first time was the wait. Scheduled for a ten am pickup and evidently so did every one else.

Tom and the crew at all about me are wonderful amd always accommodating and i would reccomend them and their location anytime. However due to a recent issue with 24/7 service and live verification ill not be reccommemding uhaul to anyone nor will i use uhaul services again. Ill stick to penske..

The paper work marked a spot just under a half tank for refuel! In reality it was just above a quarter of a tank! I drove 5 miles and put $17. In tank and it showed just under one half tank. I called the office and the manager argued with me about the improper mark on refill expectations. I put another $17. In it after I made my move and before returning truck. Long story short... it cost $34 in gas for about 80 miles with a 15 foot truck!

I ASKED THE LADY WHO TOOK MY CARD NUMBER THAT MY SON COULD ONLY USE IT FOR ONE DAY, I EVEN TOLD HER THAT SEVERAL TIMES. HE KEPT IT TWO DAYS, USED MANY MILES AND DID NOT FILE THE TRUCK UP AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN CALL ME. I UNDERSTAND THEY CAN NOT CALL EVERYONE BUT I ASKED TO BE CALLED IF HE DIDN'T BRING IT BACK IN ONE DAY AND THEY DIDN'T. I DO NOT BLAME YOU BECAUSE MY SON IS A DEADBEAT, BUT I WORK IN BUSINESS AND I FEEL SINCE IT WAS MY CARD/MONEY THEY SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME AND I WOULD HAVE CALLED THE POLICE ON HIM. OTHERWISE I AM ALWAYS HAPPY WITH YOUR COMPANY THE TIMES I HAVE USED THEM. GINNY

Fabulous customer service and friendly staff. Renting a moving vehicle couldn’t be easier here. Handy location as well.
