Not a Sunoco at all. It's a gulf station. There is a storage place next door with U-Haul supplies I dropped the key there instead of the gulf station. Had to park in what seemed a construction lot. Nobody could help me with the key situation. Hopefully they figure it out.

Renee B.U-Haul screwed me over. Their terms were unclear and their “helpers†- although not supported by U-Haul but well advertised by them (being prompted with every reservation multiple times). Their “U-Haul†liaison or whatever he's called talked me into renting a second piece of equipment - larger & more expensive- then talked me into doubling the time with the guys he hired and sent to “helpâ€. Not only did they wuss out because they didn't want to drive in the rain the first scheduled day, but the next day only one of them worked while the other slouches around staring at his phone. The guy that actually did work, was losing his pants every time he took a step. They were practically around his knees when his hands were full which was often. The way the truck was “packed†was ridiculous. Stuff was just thrown into it, literally, and items were broken and-or damaged. Then they left my storage unit 1/2 full and the truck the same way- as they ran out of time and had to get to the next job. Me, alone, with no help whatsoever. I tried calling & texting the “boss†and he not only ignored my calls, not promised to call back on more than one occasion but didn't and nothing was resolved. I sent him pictures of the damage and was ghosted. They would have started sooner if U-Hauls app didn't keep getting me messed up and delayed the pickup & drop off of the 2 pieces of equipment (a 5x8 cargo trailer & a 15' box truck) and was in hold forever with in impatient U-Haul employees. They were nice& seemed sincere at first but every single one of them transferred me. I have 25+ years of customer service oriented employment so I try to be extra understanding and beyond patient to the folks working in call centers. But geez, no one took ownership. Every.Single.One of the folks I spoke with sent me to someone else who also wasn't able to help me. One person had a clue- out of about 9-10 but she dropped the ball too. The folks at the pickup/drop off location didn't have any idea how to help anything having to do with U-Haul. Again, more time was wasted at my expense. I think they managed to credit me a $6 processing charge if I wrote a review of the job the moving helpers did - which was a lot like this one, so Yay. I wouldn't recommend U-Haul to anyone and I am a Realtor so opportunities present themselves quite often.
