The cab of the truck was infested with ANTS I was bit a number of times. I would like to speak with someone about this. I have photos of the ants and I would like to know what y'all are going to do about this. I have rented from yall quit a few time and never had an issue like this. This could really be a bad spot on y'all's record. Someone please contact me. Thank you,

Improve condition of interior. Seat was ripped, parking brake release was loose. Cargo area had no straps or blankets
john lTruck looked and smelled like it was from 1992. No power windows or modern features of any kind. Truck was not cleaned in the cab or the inside of the truck bed. "Office" was the inside of a garage with no a/c and was miserable to be in. Check-in process was not intuitive at all. Once milage and such was recorded and credit card was requested, I dropped the key in the box (location was supposed to be open at noon and no one was there through 12:30pm when we left.) thinking I was done with pictures, only to be asked for more pictures. Why wouldn't you ask for ALL pictures at once before asking for credit card information? Why was the location not open at their listed time? Driveway into facility was in incredibly poor repair, covered in potholes. I honestly can't think of anything that was enjoyable or professional about any part of the experience. I will absolutely NOT ever use this location again, and very unlikely to use U-Haul again. I'd rather pay Home Depot more to not get a piece of shit truck with piece of shit service.
