My reservation was to be picked up in Glenwood not Hot Springs. I had to go to HS because Glenwood didn't have the truck U-Haul said they did.The return process wouldn't work with my phone so it took two days to get it completed.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWe had some difficulty with our pick up due to the poor cell phone reception on the property. With the assistance of the gentleman inside the Churchills store and customer service, a short hike down the street and the use of multiple cellphones, we got squared away and were able to access the lockbox. Once all that happened we were on our way. Not sure what you can do about it - maybe a heads up that cell phone reception could be an issue if a pick up is occurring after hours!
Edward CI guess it needs to be explained to customers that they need to use the App before going in the actual building. Personally, I would have rather not went into a cigar area when picking up my Uhaul. Had I known that I was not going to visit with a actual person, I would have stayed in my personal vehicle to use the app if would have been told before hand. Other then having to use the app rather than a person, overall the uhaul pickup and drop off was good.
