Have my reservation with ALL the equipment I reserved. I couldn't pick the truck in the location I wanted so y'all made me go across town to pick a truck 2 hours later 😡. I will NEVER use U-Haul EVER again and will recommend nobody to use U-Haul again. Thanks for the poor service I really hope y'all fix y'all's business issues.

Upon returning my vehicle I was told by the gentleman working that day to just give him the keys. I was not able to shift the charges from my credit card to my business banking account thus leaving me to explain the purchase on my taxes. The ladies in the office are always amazing and friendly but the gentleman is always busy or angry and seems to have a different process for doing things.

Very helpful customer service; navigated many options and Hannah helped me select the best option that works for me. Pick up and drop off was very efficient and swift. Truck was clean, ran great, and everything was in great working condition. No improvements needed but website to book reservation was a little tricky to understand rates and mileage use with regard to cost/charges for rental.
