Once I read the instructions and chatted with support I did not have a problem with the mobile pickup! The check out process took about 30 minutes. The truck drove like a top!! Radio worked good. The air and heat worked. I am very pleased! Thank YOU U-Haul!

Didn't have my reservation ready. Had to change vehicles. Attendant was not aware of UHAUL's policy's and guarantees. Threw the keys at me on the counter. Rude. Then walked around and said those are your keys. I did self return to avoid the attitude on returning the truck.
