Truck's bed was not too clean, OK, but had dust, some particles, needed to sweep it. Fuel cap was also missing, had to come back to rental location.

Trailer floor was oily, not sure if it had just been returned from another rental. Partially my fault, I left without checking the interior of the trailer. Gave it a quick scrub down with soapy water, all was good!! Would still use this location again, very friendly gentleman for paperwork and trailer hook up.

Have your staff available at the business hours stated. Had to wait until the employee made his way from McDonald's after calling your company. Also I reserved online thinking it was contactless only to be informed I would have to wait 2 hours until the location opened. Original reservation was made for 8am pickup and wasn't able to get the rental until almost 11am. Will not rent from this location again.

We picked up our equipment in Texas and dropped off In Kansa. They charged us an additional $90 for dropping off in Florida. Called the place it was supposedly dropped off at and explained this wasn't true. Said the reasoning was because the numbers on the trailers were “similar†and to call customer service. Customer service is almost impossible to get ahold of. Very disappointed.

They charged me mileage right away no 50 miles free like all other uhaul rentals. Very up set about it. Never told me about it he said it was first 50 miles free but change everything when it was time to pay and got argumentative about it and was very rude when I was trying to figure it out

Friendly service on the phone and in person. The confirmation email had an error regarding pick up time. I called him right away because I didn't want to have problems picking up the truck when I originally asked for it and it was taken care of immediately!! GREAT SERVICE!! ????
