The truck sounded like it had an issue with the motor and there crumbs on the dash.

The truck had transmission issues and the battery was near dead. I had to continue to run the vehicle without showing it off because it would not start again. Also I had to use manual transmission versus the automatic transmission as the transmission didn't work correctly. When I brought the truck back, I told the person that I would like a credit as I had to use much more fuel due to having to have the truck running an entire day without shutting it off. The person told me it would be taken care of. And then nothing happened... I was charged as if everything was fine. This is not appropriate. If the truck is problems I simply expect a credit for the additional cost and frustration. Instead I am just lied to... I would not recommend the location that I got this truck from. I would look in other places.

BRAIN WBoth representatives (scheduling and pickup) did not have information of the Kingwood, tx location in their system. We googled it. Other than that it was a great experience and loved the truck. It was perfect.
KARALEE LI tried using the truck share 24/7 self-service option which would have been fine except I was forced to go in to pick up the key because the drop box feature was not used for some reason and the business owner was 40 minutes late opening his own business! So I had to sit in the parking lot and wait for him to arrive. Pretty much a complete joke of a business. I will never pickup up a U-Haul from here ever again, obviously.
