Very poor customer service .charged me an extra day after I dropped it off saying I drop it a day later and when asked for a receipt one wasn't given and was told they will email but never received one till they charged my bank account and no probable caaue to do so and went refund me ..will never recommend uhaul to anyone very poor customer service

Arrived for my reservation, there was no one in the building at any of the registers. Waited 20 minutes for a representative to show up. How can a place be open and have no one in the Building at any of the registers ? That’s how merchandise is at a high risk of being stolen. Also , when I returned my uhaul , I had to waited another 20 minutes to get someone to close out my reservation and give me a receipt so I could leave. This customer service at this location is TERRIBLE and I will tell ANY and EVERYONE in the future that inquire about this uhaul location or uhaul in general !!!!

Web site was misleading, wrong equipment and the price changed. The trailer had the turn signals reversed. On inspection it appeared repair work had been done and done incorrectly.

Employees should at least stand and greet customers and stand up to hand them paper work not just stretch their arm and have customers reach over other customers, employees should follow protocols and drive the truck to deliver to customer not just give the keys to the customer and have the customer figure out which key goes to which truck. Took us 4 trucks to finally find the key that fit the ignition. We were not educated on the return procedure, we we're missing informed about truck rates. Very poor service. Front desk workers seem very lazy to get out of chair

One of the workers responsible for checking in the returned trucks was not courteous to me. Rough in his approach and not customer friendly.

Customer representative was slow during pickup phase. Some confusion with which equipment I asked for and what was in stock. Dropping off it took about 5 minute to be greeted by unoccupied and slightly rude staff at front desk. Gentlemen taking care of the trailer removal was the only person that knew what he was doing and only person with a sense of urgency.

I was charged an extra day's rental after returning the trailer exactly like the representative at rental center advised me to. I used a trailer for about six hours after reserving it 8.5 hours then returned it at approximately 9:45 pm. I l even logged into my account and on the U-haul web site and got a Thank You. I called Customer Service today and they said that I should be getting a call within 72 hours to let me know "if" they're going to credit me for the overcharge, however, this is unacceptable! Unless I get a refund for the one day extra charge, I will not ever use U-haul again. I even went back today and rented a truck after they told me that I might get a credit, but this should have been a no-brainer credit without taking me through a 72-hour hassle and charging my card without authorization.

Honesty! When I rented the truck, they did not walk around the truck with me. I also noticed that the mileage on the paper work given to me was different from the actual mileage on the truck. Also they checked 1/4 tank of gas but it was actually on empty. When I confronted the attendant, he was rude and started to argue but I had taken pictures so I showed him. Then he gave me many excuses. It can not be a coincidence that both mileage and gas are incorrect. I see this as a way to over bill the customer and this is deceitful and wrong.

Got charged an extra day on a appliance dolly, was told it would be reversed. It has not been reversed. When I asked about it, I was told I would have to take to the manager but he was busy. I am still waiting.

Advertising 19.95 per day, I used this truck for just 3 hours with 28 miles, so totally I have paid $65.86, included gasoline $7.26. That’s around $74. Too expensive.
