I had scheduled pick up at a different location and received a confirmation email when I arrived they did not have the reserved equipment and sent me to this location instead. There was no warning about this problem. Overall the end result of this rental experience was the location I actually used was excellent...the location I was supposed to use sucked!

Customer service after I picked up the truck sucks and it jumps to roadside service which sucks but overall that's it would have been great if I could have got my refund.
The gentleman assisting could be more willing to help and not eager to just sit and talk to each other.
A queen side mattress and box spring do not fit in a 4' by 8' like they insisted it did. We had to push and shove mattress in the 4' by 8' and box spring in back of personal truck bed. I was not very happy has I had told them it did not look like it would accommodate a queen and it didn't. Please be sure al employees know this information.
I had no problems and I wouldn't change a thing.

A/C not working in lobby
Trailer was not hooked up correctly. Trailer came off the hitch Damaging our vehicle and brakes were not connected. It appears that the connection to the ball was not even tightened down at all by the associate.

The staff at this location are NOT following the Covid protocols!! Management needs to step in and ensure customer safety by requiring all staff to wear masks!!!
I did not rent a uhaul. Someone must have used my information
None of the staff were masked - all of the customers were masked as recommended by signs! :( I booked online to limit time in the office but the computer system appeared to ask the same questions again, and confuse the booking, leading to me spending 20+ minutes in the office with your unmasked staff. I booked a car hauler trailer - the first one hooked up to the 15ft truck I had rented only had one loading ramp! Had I driven away and not loaded on site this would have been a far greater inconvenience.
When I returned the trailer a young man pointed at a spot and then went back inside. I backed into the spot and waited for a few minutes then decided to disconnect the trailer myself while I was disconnecting the trailer a second employee asked what happened to the guy helping me and I said I don't know.
The attendant was very helpful and courteous. Great customer was GREAT!! Thank you!
The attendant in the office, a young lady, needs to be trained in customer service and professionalism. Only looking up from her phone to help me when I called out to her, she seemed more annoyed that I was there than she was eager to help me get checked in. No mask despite a required mask mandate didn't help thing either. I likely won't be returning to this location again barring no other location has the rental I need. Side note: the attendants that retrieved my rental and then returned my rental were professional and provided excellent service.
I love the no contact pickup and drop off and the process was fairly easy. My issue is that the truck was not clean and that the previous customer left it on empty! I mean all the way on empty. So I returned it the same way as clean as I found it and on empty. The problem i've encountered is when I said it was the way I picked it up and on empty you guys tried to charge me $146.00 for cleaning fee and gas. Because I didn't want to be charged either of those fees I went back and changed my cleanliness answer and moved the gas tank question to 3/4 way full as to not be charged. I hate that I was dishonest in my answers but it was the only way not to be charged because when I was honest I was getting hit with $140 in fees. I've now been on the phone with uhaul customer service for over 30 minutes. They have been great. They accessed the picture I took showing empty and now are contacting the drop off location so that when it's next picked to i'm not charged. Customer service were very helpful and got it all fixed but it took 37 minutes... so just a little time consuming.
This comment is for the UHaul app experience. I reserved a truck approximately a week and half before I need it. I was contacted a few days before saying the truck size I wanted wasn't available. I was offered a bigger truck for the same price or a smaller for the same rate. I chose the smaller. That is not really the issue, the problem was I had to go to another dealer other that the pickup location I had chosen in the app to get the truck. It was further away resulting in more miles I had to pay for. The other issue is when I went to pick up the truck I had to wait for the new pickup location to open. What is the point of one, reserving the truck and saying it will be ready on your pick up date if it is not, and two, using the app if in the end you have to wait for the location to open. Not very pleased with the overall experience.

Young man behind the counter had no mask and when I offered to give him a brand new one he refused it and said find me I don't care.
