Delivery in Houston was terrible; one person, and a huge line. It took over an hour to drop it off With 1 person ahead and then another that was there earlier was aloud to jump the line. Sorry but in eyes if he as a grown man in his 40’s or more wasn’t ready and had to get his mom to sign Why is this my problem. He should have to get in line again.

Both at pickup and dropoff, the general manager was working the front desk and was quite clearly failing at management. He was perfectly polite to me and other customers; however, the wait time was unacceptable. He never acknowledged anyone waiting (one claimed he had been there for 1.5 hours!) to thank them for their patience or apologize for the delay - standard niceties in a retail setting. Furthermore, the associate who entered the building about 30 minutes into my waiting time at drop off sat down at the station and did not say anything to either me or the other two patrons waiting in line. About 5 minutes later, he speaks up saying "well, I asked for the next customer." None of us heard him say that and pointed it out. The GM, who was within earshot the entire time, did nothing. The GM needs a course on people management, or the owner needs a new GM.

Check out and check in are too slow of a process. Needs drastic improvement in efficiency. I probably spent nearly an hour doing both for a one day rental that I had already signed up for online.

It took 1 hour after walking in the door to drive out with the trailer. The computer systems do not work properly. Big headache! I feel sorry for the employees at the rental counters.

The gentleman that checked out the truck was was not helpful. He acted as if he didn’t want to be there I asked for blankets and totally got tooooo many. He gave no guidance. The truck was dirty in the cab and there was one headlight that was out. When I made the reservation, they were wonderful.

Give a refund when overfilling of gas tank. The gas gage did not respond until the truck was full of gas. I returned the truck on full.

I was not happy with the U-haul. I was quote $55 dollars for in town use overnight within a 25 mile area and was charged $127. Would not be using U-Haul again soon. Staff are not knowledge in being able to provide accurate pricing to customer based on all hidden fees and charges included with the rental.
