We returned the equipment after hours so we did not speak to anyone nor could we evaluate the condition of that location. The survey requires an entry in those fields though and I didn't want to ding the location for something I couldn't evaluate. U-Haul should fix this survey,

The lockbox #2 was empty when we opened it for the key. However, we found the key in lock box #3 which was NOT LOCKED!

Jacqueline Ggot charged twice, maybe check it properly before taking the funds and then taking more than a week to give the refund back.
Jordana SOnly the amount was charged incorrectly, since I only drove five miles with the car and I returned it with a full tank it didn't last 25 or 30 minutes and they charged me 51 dollars, I understand that the amount is wrong.
