Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI took the truck back on time. I had it there the night before it was due the next morning and then they waited four days later and checked it in and charged me for an extra four days. The key was in the dropbox and then when I seen that I had been charged in an additional $259. I called U-Haul and they told me that I was charged an extra four days truck rental four days insurance and 2 gallons of gas and I had put the gas back at the level. It was when I got it and then the guy from traffic that I talked with told me that this location is closed so I wanna know who checked it in and why was I overcharged and I want my money back and I would never recommend leaving anything at this location ever again
DORTHEY SThere was no gas in the truck. I had to put gas in the trunk 3x just from Jackson, Tn to Lebanon, Tn. That’s ridiculous and I need and want a reimbursement and I need my $100 holding fee
Fabian SThey were not there therefore no help but they were charging me more than what U-Haul had stated the late fee. We have had numerous now amount of issues along the way that were out of our control along the way and I’ve got a late start that plan on that. then finally, my neighbor‘s grandson sons came to help unload. The boys worked hard and will be compensated and I had explained all along to the U-Haul what was going on and why it was gonna be late that we were trying to get help just like for mowing our yard and I think I found someone that one more yard cause they said they would mow our yard, but had to get gas to do so and for the Weedwhacker I gotta go out over in the camper so people can fuck anyhow I love you people learn many things, but I will never use that place again for a drop off.
