Overall the quality of service was adequate, and the operator was friendly and helpful. The auto transporter was well maintained. However, the auto transporter had been parked under a tree/trees that produced a fine and complete coating of sticky sap all over the flat surfaces. Anywhere you touched it you got the sap on yourself. Sap in/on a show car, or any car is not good. I have used U-Haul equipment from five locations in Huntsville, and I would recommend the other three ahead of this location.
ARNOLD WThe person who helped us during pick up was friendly. The pick up process took a long time because he had to help other customers in his store while he was trying to do our pick up. The truck was clean and ready to go for us once we received it.
JENNIFER DThe overall area didn’t seem too safe for a solo traveler and was not very clear as to where the actual truck needed to be dropped off. Although, the people working at the station instructed us on where to put the things but likely wouldn’t be helpful if someone were to come after hours.
