Business was closed but convenient parking
SCOTT CI made the extra effort to get the truck to this location. Then they nickled and dimed me for the fuel. Returned at the exact point of fuel level. Exact! But I didn’t take pictures and the place was closed. It was horrible and will switch to another carrier.
Blair WVery poor lighting no where to park trailor without placing rocks on tires to keep in place. Other vehicles (POV) made it difficult to park trailor. Did not fell safe leaving it at this location was afraid it may come up missing so took pictures to prove it was indeed left as expected. I was relieved to get the email on Monday morning that the trailor was still where I left it.
TISHIA TI returned the truck late but had no problem completing the return. There was a gentleman on site who said that he owned the property. He was polite and courteous. I had to call the company earlier today because I wasn't sure of something. They willingly answered my questions and were a big help.
