It was a horrible experience trying to used the mobile app to pick up the vehicle. Call customer service and they kept transferring me to different departments to assist. Took two hours to pick up a vehicle

This location is at a gas station. I like this system. It was a little sketchy but we were returning the truck at 11:00 pm so that has a lot to do with it. One thing I was not happy with was I had a one way trip but was only given 24 hours and I needed more time to load and unload the truck. When I called and said I need more than 24 hours which would make me turn in the truck before I even left to the drop off location. The only option was to extend it from turning it in on Saturday morning at 7:30-am to Monday morning at 7:30 am. I didn’t need it that long but I needed it more than 24 hours. Was also charged quite a bit for that extra time.
MARVIN LThere were no personnel. It was a mobile dropoff.
DAVID QEasy & convenient!
Vickie cIt took us an hour and a half to retrieve the key to the truck. When we arrived. The truck share app did not indicate that we had a reservation and that was the CSR we rented the truck through did not register it as a truck share. When we finally were able to log into the truck share app we still spend another hour with a CSR trying to get the code to get into the truck. This process needs to be more user friendly. We were told to go to the Box on the back of the building and come to find out the key wasn't even in the Box it was in the back of the truck. That lock was nearly impossible to get into. The employee who really didn't know anything about it was finally able to come out and by holding her thumbs on the letters she was able to get us in the truck. Csrs need to be a little more conscientious of what they're telling their customers and a little more detailed about how to get those locks open
