Tried to use the app to check in but was unable to due to an issue scanning the back of my license. My only real complaint is the truck was dirty, the seats were covered in dog hair, and the back had not been swept out from previous use. There also appears to be a discrepancy in when the vehicle was returned. It shows being returned almost an hour later than when I returned it.

Gas should be included in the pricing per mile. Customer shouldn't have to pay more money than the original $100+ to fill back up. Not happy with that.
