I called for the specific reason of reserving a 5x8 trailer with the back door that drops down for a ramp. Drove across town because the reservationist told me this was the closest location that had that equipment only the find out that was not the case when I got there. I would suggest it not safe or appropriate to have a mom and a two week old baby as the only attendants on site. Had to manually move around trailers my self.

GARY L.Your mobile pick up didn't work, customer service wasn't able to help, wasted 1 hour of my move out day to pick up the truck. Also, the truck makes weird noises specially when making turns. Don't think will use a uhaul again!
ehab S.The only issue was that the windshield was really dirty but I did pick it up early on Monday and the lady said it had just come in over the weekend. She was very nice and I respect the fact that she was working while still taking care of a two month old baby.
