Pick up location itself was fine and people were nice. Only complaint I have is that I reserved a cargo trailer to be picked up in Lancaster NH where I lived; and there was a dealer and the day before I needed it, Uhaul called and told me that I had to drive 3 hours away to pick it up because there was not one available at my reserved pick up location!! That is BULL****!!!!!! Also, NO landing gear on trailer!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe drop off location was closed. The wifi was not strong enough to upload the required photos I had to share while using the app to drop off my truck. This truck cost me $630 for a 24 hour rental that I stayed in state to use. I had to pay for my own gas AND was charged 1.09/mile. I will never ever rent a uhaul again. And I will spread the word to others.
Bri JVery friendly and efficient
Randy DNice people, even helped with attaching tow dolly to truck and car to dolly. Usually rent one twice a year and need a reminder how to set things up. 5 stars!
Mark AThe person there was great. There was a problem with the trailer, but they were very helpful.
