Update equipment a little more often otherwise i cannot recommend any improvements. The staff at the location was extremely kind and helpful. The rental process was quick and easy. Anytime i need a uhaul i will always use this location if possible

Edward M1 - they gave us the oldest trailer on the site, 2 - the inside of the trailer was dirty, had to wash it out before loading. 3 - the over door was worn out, VERY to pull up and even harder to shut the door, 4 - and I didn’t get the link to take pictures until 20 miles down the road. * As it relates to the lady that took our order and processed the paperwork was very kind, but apparently they don’t provide print documents, rather she wrote the necessary information out on a post a note. I have been there 3 different times renting trailers and this was the worst experience, whereas the first was ok. I will prefer to rent from Broken Bow Oklahoma on the next, as they at least clean the trailers and you get a printout receipt. Regards,
JIM MOnly reason I checked "no" on whether I would recommend this location is because it was a full hour from where my destination was. I called the 800 number for a drop off location and was told this was the closest one from Paris, TX. Even though my search showed four in the area. Do better Uhaul!
Robert OThe price was not what was quoted to me at the beginning and then wanted more money I recommend hiring someone next time to much money for a rental
