How about active personnel at this location so I don’t get choded eating a 10 online turn in because the owners were no where to be found. I want my money back for being forced to pay for a drop off.
TYLER S1. Honor my reservation. If you double booked, find me an equivalent vehicle - don't try to SELL me on a different vehicle, I didn't use it for it's intended purpose. 2. Don't rent me a vehicle with it's check engine light on. I had to have it taken care of at a different location. Poor rental rental agency service, distressed vehicle, decent location.
DARCY RLocation was hard to get into and very small to move trailer around. Tire blew out on way to Boise. When renting from Uhaul I expect a higher quality of equipment and dependability. Should not break down on a 4 hour trip.
