Tried calling ahead and the phone number wasn’t even a U-Haul number or anything, never got to speak with anyone. When arrived the people just looked at me and then told me it was up to me to do parking and unhooking, couldn’t have been less helpful.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisVehicle was filthy, windshield was covered in dirt, impossible to drive prior to cleaning by myself, check engine light stayed on after starting. This location was difficult to find. Not actually in Ignacio, or Bayfield, almost 20 miles away from Ignacio and farther from Bayfield. Nobody answers the phone at this location and only way to leave messages is via email.
Jeff WCame out on arrival. Very efficient and friendly thank you
Charles SVery friendly on the delivery
Kalon PI had a reservation to pick up a trailer at 10 am. There was not anyone around to check out the trailer to me. I had to call U-Haul to try and resolve the issue. The proposed resolution was to drive another 50 miles to get another trailer. We had to knock on the door of the residence to wake up someone to check out the trailer to me.
