Location was closed when I dropped off the U-Haul on October 6th. They were also closed on October 7th. I was not able to interact with any of the personnel. I had no issues.

CARLA SThere was melted drug bags on the floor of the U-Haul. I was called by uhaul and they had me switch locations I informed him I only had 70 miles and I didn't want to pay anymore for mileage. He told me if we have you switch locations they don't account for those miles. And then you guys charged me for the miles I went over for having to drive the U-Haul back to the original town I booked the U-Haul in. Not only that I was charged for having to put fuel in by you guys even though it was at the Mark it was whenever I picked the U-Haul up. I literally had 43 miles till E when I picked up the U-Haul. I was charge $70 for absolutely no reason
