Good service... the delivery was fast. The car was in good condition. I recommend it.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI did not get the lady's name - however she was so helpful and nice. We appreciate the GREAT service!
Michael MWe had written documentation on where to drop off the u-haul and we followed the documentation. We unloaded the u-haul and dropped it off the night before it was due at the drop off location. I received a text while we were unloading that night (that I did not see until the next morning) that the drop off point changed which apparently affected a scheduled rental over the labor day holiday. Getting a notification earlier would have prevented the mix up. The drop off location we were instructed originally was unmanned.
Gordon WI called the young lady at the customer service to help with getting me started and she was awesome. I didn't get her name but she was nice, kind, patient and very helpful with the understanding the process.
Melina RNo office. I’m bad instructions. Uhaul app doesn’t work well. Had to call into uhaul pre and post and wait on a call back to get and return.
