Would highly recommend this location for all your U-Haul needs the owner is overtly nice and very helpful as well.
CROSSTON HAfter making the reservation online, I called the store to double check that the trailer was, in fact, on site to which the person could only tell me "yes, there's a trailer here, but I don't know the different sizes so I don't know if it's the size you're asking about." Thankfully, when we arrived it was the correct size and the size was clearly marked on the end of the trailer so she could have verified it. When we go to the store, she had to call her manager on her cell phone and pass the phone to me to complete the transaction. The trailer was sitting in a wet grassy/muddy area next to the store and the trailer hitch was right in the mud so we had to get in the muddy area to hitch it up and there was absolutely no assistance from anyone at the store (because the lady running the store was the only person there). I would definitely not use this location again.
Carol CIt was a pretty beat up U-Haul trailer and smelled like pee but probably because it was old. The guys were very nice and had it cleared out.
