The guy working at the counter thought my Fiance's ID was not real. He has a Maine ID, and the guy did not know that Maine was a state and did not understand that it was a driver's license. I would think pickup should be fast, but it took over an hour to pick up the truck because the guy working at the counter refused to believe that Maine was a state and the ID was real. Probably one of the more insane things I have seen. We also were told that the truck had to be left clean, yet when we got the truck there was trash in the front and the back. I have rented from Uhaul before, and never had these issues, but picked up at a different location. Do not go to this location.

tank was not completely full found this out when i filled it up to return, never received the dolly i was billed for and had to sweep it out to use. terrible. if you could return the money for the dolly atleast that would be appreciated
