The van was clean however the display showed it needed an oil change. After returning unit I received a subsequent invoice charging me for more mikes than I used and a fuel charge of $30 plus 2 gallons of gas those charges more than doubled my bill. I used this van for 5,5 miles, I put in $3 gas which is more than I used. The attendant said he could not help me even though the charges were created at the location. He said I should call U-Haul directly. I did, someone took down my concern and let me know I would hear from a local manager. Well I'm still waiting. I false charges more than doubled my bill and apparently it's of no concern, I'll call back tomorrow before I ask credit card company to withhold my payment yo them.

Abdul AMy vehicle smelt as if it was used to transport a horse at some point this week. I personally like to read disclosures before signing, and having the customer service rep try to get me to sign quickly because the “document will be emailed” did not make me feel too comfortable. Over-all, pick up was not terrible, however, I don’t believe it should take 35 mins to pick up a truck (especially when the driver/renter details were submitted online in completion).
