We let the counter person know that the truck was hard to handle that the steering wheel was wobbly. The counter person said they knew it. It was a pretty old truck. It would have been nice to know before we took the truck.

I think Uhaul does an excellent job. I have rented trucks from your organization almost a half dozen times, and the experience has been truly excellent. It is very convenient, with locations that are readily reachable and accessible to me. With Uhaul the experience of renting a vehicle is virtually stress-free. That's extremely important to renters, who have deadlines they must meet!
