The truck had a dead battery and was left unlocked. The keys were also unlocked in the box. It took almost 2.5hours to successfully get the truck jump-started and running so we could begin our move.

MICHAEL LLocation is near my destination but is unmanned and the parking area is filled with uneven pavement.
Steven SNot overbook my original pick up location. I had to drive 50 minutes out of my way to pick up the truck because you guys overbooked my original pick up location.
