The uhaul agent is spoke to when I made the reservation told me that I just needed to go to the site andvtell the person at the store that I was there to pick up thevtruck and he would give me the key and will tell me where to drop it off in Tampa. Well, all that was not true!!! I needed a code that I couldn't or knew where to find it!! And the owner was so kind to help me get thru this 1 ans and half hr waste of my time!! Trying to get in touch w uhaul to assist me!! Finally, an agent in Florida by the name Soyo, was able to guide me thru the process and gave me the code and was able to drive off. Please train thus uhal staff on providing customers the right information.

You still charged me for that insurance after it was supposed to have been deleted. This rental has been such a pain and you still have not rectified the error. Unacceptable.

CRYSTAL WI had a reservation for a 8:30pm thinking it would be easier and faster. Once arrived the gentleman in the BP did not know how to help me grab the truck. I called U-Haul and was on the phone for over an hour trying to figure out why my app wasn’t showing a pick-up my truck option.
