The dolly i ordered was missing, the key was placed in the box under the screw making it very difficult to get the key out. We had to use a screw driver to maneuver the key tag properly to get the key out. Waiting on the refund of $15 for the dolly charge.

ANTHONY PMy original reservation was unable to be fulfilled so i agreed to switch to this location at a discounted rate.
AHMAUD JI dropped the van off on Friday but there was no one there to check me out. I dropped the key in the return box. I left a significant amount of extra gas in the van and I was charged 3 extra days for late delivery. I am not a happy man at all
