Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI reserved a 10' van and a furniture pallet since I was moving some heavy items from one store room to another. Everything was confirmed, but when I arrived to pick up the truck I was told that this location had no furniture pallets and I would need to go to the main store to get one. Since I had limited time I did not want to pick up and return equipment from 2 different locations. At the end of the day I was exhausted from having to move these items by hand since it was some distance from the room to the truck. The satellite locations are convenient but not if they don't have the equipment you need and do not let you know beforehand.

brenda tHarry at Viking Auto was very helpful and accommodating.
Jorge LI’m not sure why I was charged an extra $20 and no one told me why the van was returned with gas put back into it at 9:30 PM on the 30th
