Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI had to ask what the proper tire pressure should be for the trailer. I called the local office and the corporate office and both told me that it was the maximum listed pressure on the sidewall. The recommended tire pressure is not typically the maximum listed on the sidewall, I recommend clarifying this for customers. I found that the tire pressure was about 20 psi below the maximum so I inflated it to the maximum. I had a situation where I had to back the trailer at night. I recommend adding a backup light to the trailer. Overall I was very pleased with the trailer, it towed smoothly and the surge brakes worked well. My interactions with the corporate and local employees on both ends of my trip were great.
Todd BThe representative was helpful and helped get through the virtual check-in on a Saturday. Even I didn’t immediately notice. The interior of the vehicle was dirty. It looked liked the previous person picked their nose and wiped it on the seat adjuster handle. There was also a plastic tooth cleaner in the driver door pocket. But other than the uncleanliness, it was fine.
Jonathan ZOnline returning is difficult it kept bouncing me off the site I took the pictures the screen just went blank I have no way of knowing whether the return went through or not
