Drop-off location lied and charged for gas when it was returned with the correct amount.
Joshua CDrop off here was great pick up was cancelled by two other locations before this one and made my move VERY DIFFICULT AND COSTLY
ANDREA LNO help from employees. Did not actually have the trailer I requested even though I called the day before to make sure they had the one with the ramp door.
Alex ONone of the moving equipment I’d paid for and rented was in the truck. When I called U-Haul, I was on hold for an hour, passed from representative to representative and kept being put back on hold and disconnected several times…only to be told I’d need to drive 45 minutes to get that equipment because they didn’t have it anywhere near me. We were forced to move without it, and I don’t like that I paid for it yet did not receive it or a refund of any way. It made the move far more stressful and difficult. I would not recommend U-Haul to anyone at this point. It was a terrible experience.
