The truck was actually noted down for repair when it was reserved for me to pick up.The guys at Big Dog stopped what they were doing and made the necessary repairs. I of course had to wait for them to make the repair.

RYAN DWouldn’t let me drop trailer off without calling someone at U-Haul. And I’ve dropped off equipment there before. Lot was full and hard to find a place to park
MICHAEL MThe equipment is not easily accessible, due to lack of space at the location. The check in and drop off process was almost non-existent, and had to be done almost without help. Finally the equipment was not in good condition.
