Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe process from uhaul sucked. Needed multiple references that were not available for me. Tons of hoops to jump through. Then the truck needed service and did not drive well at all. ironically Oak was great, this is all UHaul.
Steph KWe didn’t interact with anyone for the drop off. The location was closed at the time of drop off and the available parking was very small for a 26’ u-haul
Crystal HJen at iron Oak storage, is always friendly readily available and a very hard worker. Cannot say anything but great things about her! And she takes in a lot of U-Haul’s!
Liz YAbsolutely nothing! The process was quick and smooth and your representative was courteous, professional and very attentive to our needs.
