There was never anyone at the location & no one ever picked up the phone. I returned my equipment well before the time but 3 days later I look in the app and it says it's overdue to return. I had to call the U-Haul Customer Service line cause again they never answered. They were very friendly and went to the sight verified equipment was there and processed my truck return 3 days later. This location Just seems extremely unprofitable unprofessional. But U-Haul was great Thank You Guys

The location was okay, it was just hard to take pictures of the truck (on the sides). The people who had the truck before me left fries on the floor and empty bottles. The ride was very rough, when I tired to stop I had to press down on the breaks really hard (like they are going out). The truck was loud like it needs work. In all the experience was not a very good.
Brianna FReally busy - several businesses separate but too close together. The clerk was very professional & nice but she is also responsible for doing emissions testing on cars. Then her shed is inside a gas station that has a large convenience store, a car detailing business, & a car repair shop.
Darlene AThe customer service wasn’t the problem it was the truck. Had to drive extra careful and maintain the steering with more grip while driving. Every turn of the wheel made a noise. Might be an alignment problem.
shalnda cTruck sounds like it’s about to explode and need an alignment asap. Dirty inside with chips and trash and low on gas.
