The store was very busy and there was only one person working the whole entire store.

I returned the truck with the same level of gas and less than 5 extra miles compared to what I estimated and was somehow repeatedly charged on my card that I receive money on when I donate plasma. Now that card is negative 30 something dollars and I had no clue because I wasn't contacted at all. Very unsatisfied and honestly feel ripped off.

You have my email address. There is a lot to tell. This is the 3rd or 4th time I have rented from this office. They are RUDE, ARGUMENTATIVE, AND LAZY. Because this time was last minute, I did try any other avenue rather than use this office but was forced by time constraints to use them. This time the truck I used showed a low tire (and it obviously was) before I left town so I took it back and asked them to change it as I would be alone pulling a trailer into the night a long distance. The (bald) guy put some air in it, waited about 2 minutes and said "Looks like it is going to hold. I don't hear an air leak." (as he stood beside the truck next to a busy intersection) I again asked for him to change it. He refused. I went in, told the (tattooed) guy who shrugged me off. I made sure road side assist was included. That was Thurs. I made it the 200+ miles to my destination and used the truck some Fri morning. Sat am when I tried to use it, it showed low pressure again - and it looked low. I called road side assist. A guy came and changed it. Then he wanted me to take it and get it fixed. "Hopefully they will reimburse you". I was at an event and could not leave during the day. Sunday am when I was packed and headed home, sensor came on again. Called roadside again. They will send someone but I am on a road w/ little shoulder. We plan for me to stop at the nearest gas station and call. By the time I got there, the sensor says it needs servicing and the tire is visually fine. And I have no spare because the repair guy took it Saturday. I am in the middle of western OK. There is not a repair shop open for miles. I told roadside assist that I would keep an eye on it and did. It made it home and back to the office. I told the manager of the trouble. He could not have cared less. And I told him it was running hot at times, this I found odd since supposedly I was the first one to use it after being serviced. I also told him the running lights were not working. He said it MUST be my trailer. We have had this discussion at a previous rental time. Again I told him they work with other trucks. He charged my account (significantly more than my calculations, which is always the case) and told me I was set. I have listened, while waiting, to their interactions with other customers. It is not just me they don't like.

I DON'T KNOW WHY UHAUL ASKS FOR A CREDIT CARD WHEN MAKING A RESERVATION, AND THEN make uou go through the entire process again when you are there for pick up. I don't like to complain, but I will. When prople are moving, they are pushed for time. It is an extremely frustrating experience when you arrive and then wait 30 minutes to hook you up. when you arrive, it should not take more 10 minutes to sign the contract and hook you up.

They are very nice and seem to be quick in taking care of customers. But we were overcharged twice. First they added insurance that we didn’t want and still charged us for it. Then after drop off we had a dolly charged to us and furniture pads. Since the receipt is emailed we didn’t know it till after we left. We came back and they did give us the money back. Why did we have to point it out? It didn’t seem like an honest mistake and many people are duped into add ons “by mistake”. Sure made us feel taken advantage of after the fact.

The only problem was I rented the wrong truck, I needed the one with the walkout plank. So only kept it for 3 hours, instead of the 2 days. I had wanted it for.

The truck was the nicest, cleanest and well maintained vehicle I’ve ever rented. The staff was second to none, friendly, helpful, courteous. They explained everything clearly. A great team in Joplin. If I need a truck again, these are my go-to-guys!

This wasn't my first time using your equipment, but it's the first time I remember having to give redundant contact information. Very unnecessary and useless. The guy who helped me must have been having a bad morning, because he wasn't very friendly.

We had some miscommunication regarding an online reservation, however the gentleman from Joplin was extremely helpful setting things right. I appreciated his phone call and willingness to help. I’d recommend this location to anyone looking to rent.

The employee that we initially dealt with at the counter when we picked up the truck was not friendly at al and came across as being rude. We have rented from this store before and not had an issue. In fact, other employees we have health with, including the gentlemen who were there when we returned the vehicle yesterday were extremely friendly. If I had to interact with the first employee again, I would probably consider going to a different store.

Couldn't use the driver side mirror due to the damage on it. It was cracked all the way through in at least 4 places and should've been fixed before anyone else drove this vehicle.

The gentleman who assisted when I picked up the truck was nice, helpful and knowledgeable. When I returned the truck I had the opposite experience. He was rude, never looked at me when he spoke, walked out the door after I opened it for him, failed to say thank you. It was sad customer service to say the least. The truck worked perfect for the move, just wish I would have been lucky enough to have the same employee at drop off that I did when I picked up.
